Base pay range

$10.00/hr - $15.00/hr

Executive Virtual Assistant

Location:Remote (Atlanta-based preferred, but not required)

Compensation:$10–$15/hour

Schedule:Monday–Friday, flexible within 8:00 AM–6:00 PM EST (4 hours/day, 20 hours/week)

Contract:1099 | NDA required

Position Summary

The Executive Virtual Assistant will provide high-level administrative and operational support to a dynamic entrepreneur managing multiple business ventures. This role is ideal for a well-organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can independently manage various responsibilities across property management, consulting, e-commerce, and lifestyle logistics.

The ideal candidate is proactive, trustworthy, and can execute tasks with minimal oversight. A high degree of professionalism, discretion, and integrity is required, as this position involves access to confidential information and coordination across multiple domains.

Key Responsibilities

  • Please manage email communications, respond to inquiries, and coordinate follow-ups for the executive
  • Schedule appointments, vendor visits, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Maintain real-time tracking of business expenses and assist with light bookkeeping
  • Coordinate service requests, customer support, and vendor management tasks
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and straightforward marketing content when needed
  • Conduct outreach and follow-up for business development opportunities
  • Organize digital files and maintain administrative systems
  • Support ongoing personal and professional tasks, including order placement and appointment scheduling
  • Utilize AI tools to streamline workflows, generate content, and increase efficiency

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
  • Prior experience in administrative support, executive assistance, or office coordination
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and digital filing systems
  • Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva Magic Write, basic automations)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proven ability to work independently with sound judgment and discretion
  • High level of personal integrity and professionalism

Preferred Experience

  • Experience supporting small businesses, entrepreneurs, or multi-faceted organizations
  • Background in real estate, e-commerce, marketing, or customer service
  • Familiarity with basic bookkeeping tools and record-keeping best practices
  • Comfort with social media scheduling and light content creation
  • Flexible work schedule within core daytime hours
