Job summary

The Scott Humphrey Corporation is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to lead ground-up construction efforts across data centers, industrial, large-scale commercial, higher education and healthcare projects valued at $20M+ from preconstruction through completion.

The role requires 1+ year of assistant PM experience with a commercial GC, proven leadership, budgeting, scheduling, and strong communication to manage subcontractors and client relationships effectively.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Assistant Project Management experience with a commercial general contractor
• 2+ years of Assistant Project Management experience with a commercial general contractor
• Experience in one or more of the following: data centers, industrial, commercial, higher education, or healthcare
• Strong leadership, budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor management skills
• Excellent communication and client relationship abilities

Responsibilities
