Qualifications

• 1+ years of Assistant Superintendent experience with a commercial general contractor.
• Led ground-up projects valued at $30M+ or similarly complex projects.
• Experience in industrial, mission-critical/data centers, healthcare, or large commercial construction.
• Strong leadership in managing field teams, subcontractors, and project schedules.
• Extensive knowledge of construction safety, quality control, and project sequencing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with owners, architects, engineers, and project teams.
