Job summary

Scott Humphrey Corporation is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to oversee ground-up construction projects from preconstruction through completion, valued at $20M+. You will support budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor management across sectors such as data centers, industrial, commercial, higher education, and healthcare, while maintaining strong client communications.

This role requires 2+ years of relevant experience and a demonstrated ability to lead teams and coordinate stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Assistant Project Management experience with a commercial general contractor.
• Experience managing ground-up projects valued at $20M+.
• Experience in data centers, industrial, commercial, higher education, or healthcare.
• Strong leadership, budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor management.
• Excellent communication and client relationship abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ground-up construction projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Lead budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor management for assigned projects.
• Maintain strong client communications and relationships with project stakeholders.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams across sectors including data centers, industrial, commercial, higher education, and healthcare.
