Job summary

Scott Humphrey Corporation is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support its growing portfolio of industrial, advanced technology, mission-critical, and complex construction projects. This role offers exposure to national projects and helps develop technical and leadership skills for progression into Project Management.

The ideal candidate will assist with planning, RFIs, procurement, and cost tracking, while coordinating with teams and maintaining documentation across multiple programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM/CE/related field preferred; early-career construction experience valued.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• GC/design-build experience is beneficial but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Support project planning and day-to-day execution.
• Assist with RFIs, submittals, procurement, change management, and cost tracking.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, field personnel, and design teams.
• Maintain project documentation and reporting.
• Support schedule, quality, and closeout activities.
