Job summary

Under Armour, Inc. is seeking a Product Line Manager for Essentials Footwear, based in Baltimore with a hybrid schedule (4 days in-office). You will own the end-to-end lifecycle from concept to commercialization, leading cross-functional teams to deliver consumer-centric footwear solutions.

Your background in footwear product management, strong presentation and collaboration skills, and ability to translate insights into product strategy will drive NA growth and market leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with typically 8 years of relevant experience, or Master's with typically 6 years or typically 12 years of relevant work experience without degree.
• Minimum 3 years of product line management - Footwear experience highly preferred.
• Strong presentation, time management, collaboration and influencing skills.
• Required experience managing Full Product Life Cycle.
• Strong Presentation and Collaboration skills.
• Experience mining consumer insights & translating into product solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage the essentials businesses from concept to commercialization. Manage data inputs in Centric and work with design to bring product to life on time and at cost.
• Mine consumer insights, athlete feedback, and fit results; analyze market trends to inform product solutions.
• Lead the Product Creation process with Design, Innovation, Product Development, Sourcing to hit seasonal dates.
• Collaborate across Marketing, Sports Marketing, Merchandising, Sales, Key Accounts to support the seasonal strategy.
• Contribute to strategic category vision and build a robust product pipeline with consumer solutions.
• Prepare and deliver presentations at all relevant milestones.
