Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership in food manufacturing.
• Experience with full shift management and plant-level operations.
• Proven success leading large production teams in a 24/7 environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for all night shift manufacturing operations.
• Drive performance across production, packaging, sanitation, warehousing, maintenance, and quality functions.
• Ensure production goals, safety standards, quality requirements, and customer expectations are met.
• Lead and develop supervisors and frontline leadership teams, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, supply chain, and senior leadership to optimize plant performance.
• Drive lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Support workforce planning, employee development, succession planning, and talent retention efforts.
• Serve as the senior operational leader on nights and provide effective decision-making during off-shift hours.
