Experience Champaign Urbana is seeking an Assistant Plant Manager to support the Plant Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations at their manufacturing facility in Champaign, Illinois. This key role involves ensuring safety, compliance, and production efficiency, while also acting as a liaison between management and the production team. Candidates should have experience in supervisory roles within manufacturing, and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred. Qualifications

• 3+ years in a supervisory or lead role in manufacturing.
• Lean Six Sigma certification required; Green Belt preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and operate heavy equipment.

• Act as a liaison between the Plant Manager and production team.
