Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor's in industrial management, engineering, or business, 8–10 years manufacturing experience including 5 in leadership, and strong leadership and communication skills. The Plant Manager will drive continuous improvement and coordinate with customers and suppliers.

Qualifications

• 8 to 10 years of manufacturing experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Solid leadership and strong written, verbal, and communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Sets goals and guidelines for safe, efficient, profitable plant operations.
• Drives performance to meet financial and operational targets.
• Communicates across the organization to hit targets and launches.
• Engages hourly workforce through continuous improvement initiatives.
• Directs subordinates to achieve projected goals and improve efficiency.
• Ensures compliance with corporate communications and HSE/E policies.
• Leads continuous improvement culture in safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Communicates with customers and suppliers to resolve issues.
• Maintains positive employee and labor relations.
• Ensures released material meets highest quality standards.
• Plans plant requirements to budget labor and materials.
• Engages in community relations to boost local image.
