Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, coordinating, and managing of the entire plant and its staff to meet production goals.
• Review operations and processes; identify improvements and implement changes.
• Maintain an effective maintenance program for machinery and facilities.
• Maintain strong customer service focus and meet delivery schedules.
• Oversee inventory levels and procurement of materials and equipment.
• Supervise staff and contribute to performance appraisals.
• Provide ongoing training to staff for skill enhancement.
• Ensure staff adherence to safety rules and procedures.
