Correction Enterprises is seeking an Assistant Plant Manager for the Janitorial Products Plant. You will oversee production planning, scheduling, and safety programs to supply prisons, schools, and other agencies across North Carolina.

The role requires strong supervisory experience in manufacturing, procurement, and quality control, with daily coordination with customers and vendors. You will lead a team of 5 staff and oversee 50 offenders in the workforce.

Formación

• Must possess prior supervisory/managerial experience in a production-based manufacturing setting.
• Experience in production scheduling, production management, and inventory management.
• Experience procuring raw materials for the production process.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee production planning, scheduling, and administration for janitorial products.
• Develop plant safety programs and ensure quality control of raw materials and finished products.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, subordinates and supervisors daily to adjust production/delivery schedules and resolve problems.
• Perform extensive chemical and physical testing of materials and products daily.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local pollution control and health and safety requirements.
