Qualifications

• 3+ years of manufacturing or production experience.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Industrial painting, coating, powder coating, or finishing operations experience preferred.
• Familiar with HVLP spray equipment and coating processes.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations to meet production schedules.
• Direct and support production staff to achieve quality and delivery goals.
• Monitor painting, coating, surface preparation, curing and product quality.
• Identify defects and implement corrective actions to reduce rework.
• Collaborate with maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.
• Maintain safe, organized, and compliant production environment.
• Assist with inventory control and production reporting.
