Job summary

ColorCoat, Inc. is hiring Production Team Members for our Van Buren, AR facility. Earn from $16.50 to $22.00 per hour with a tiered pay structure that rewards skill development and advancement.

Shift Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, full-time, non-exempt. Learn multiple production processes, receive on-the-job training, and grow with opportunities to increase earning potential.

Hourly Pay

Tier 1 – Beginner $16.50–$17.50

Tier 2 – Intermediate $17.50–$18.50

Tier 3 – Expert $18.50–$19.50

Tier 4 – Skilled / Lead $19.50–$22.00

What You'll Be Doing

As a Production Team Member, you'll help prepare, process, inspect, assemble, and package windows and doors for our customers.

Production Preparation

• Disassemble window and door units for production.
• Identify, label, and organize parts according to customer specifications.
• Stage and move materials between production workstations.
• Clean, sand, and mask window and door frames in preparation for painting.
• Remove silicone, debris, and other surface contaminants using appropriate tools.

Quality & Finishing

• Inspect materials for visible defects and notify the Floor Lead.
• Remove masking materials after painted units have passed quality inspection.
• Clean glass and frames and install seals, screens, and other components as required.
• Reassemble windows and doors according to customer specifications.

Packaging & Shipping Preparation

• Package completed units according to customer requirements.
• Scan and apply identification labels when required.
• Stage completed products for shipping.
• Apply banding or strapping as needed.

Teamwork & Safety

• Follow established production and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Work collaboratively to meet production and quality goals.
• Follow instructions from Floor Leads and Plant Management.
• Participate in cross-training and continuous improvement opportunities.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

This position involves prolonged standing and walking, frequent use of hands and arms, bending, reaching, kneeling, and moving materials throughout the workday.

Employees must be able to lift and/or move materials weighing up to 100 pounds, with appropriate assistance or equipment when required.

The manufacturing environment may include exposure to production chemicals, moving equipment, wet or humid conditions, and elevated noise levels. Employees are required to follow established safety procedures and use assigned personal protective equipment.
