Job summary

ColorCoat, Inc. is seeking a Production Spray Painter to join our team in Arkansas. The role involves preparing surfaces, applying coatings, and achieving high-quality finishes using HVLP spray guns and related equipment in a busy shop environment.

The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with orbital sanders, polishing, and spray guns, and will work in a spray booth, sanding room, and production floor. A strong focus on safety, accuracy, and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience using orbital sanders, polishing tools, and spray guns for coating and metal applications.
• Ability to work in a spray booth, sanding room, and production floor with PPE.
• Ability to read/write in English and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow guidelines for prepping, polishing, and painting with various coating products.
• Prepare coatings according to supplier specs and ensure correct color usage.
• Maintain cleanliness of production areas, tools, and mixing area.
• Communicate with manager about paint gun issues, air supply, and coating quality.
• Reorder supplies when needed and follow safety guidelines at all times.
