Job summary

Greven Executive Search seeks an experienced operations leader to run all operations for a large, complex food manufacturing plant in North Carolina. This bench-strength role offers a path toward Plant Director opportunities, as the previous holder was promoted.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of leadership over a large department or multiple departments, coaching managers on the floor, and a proven track record delivering safety, quality, productivity and cost improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership over a large department or multiple departments in a large food manufacturing company.
• Strong people engagement skills coaching up managers and supervisors on the floor.
• Track record of delivering results in safety, quality, productivity and cost.
• Experience implementing Lean, TPM or Similar CI programs.

• Lead a team of 15+ salaried staff with over 400 indirect reports.
• Partner with site leadership to drive safety, quality, productivity and cost improvements.

The team is 15+ salaried reporting directly with over 400 people reporting indirectly.
