Job summary

Harris & Co Executive Search is partnering with a well-established food manufacturer to recruit a Plant Manager who will lead a high-volume manufacturing operation. This hands-on leadership role focuses on safety, quality, productivity, and cost, while developing a strong plant team and achieving superior operational performance across production, maintenance, and quality.

You will drive Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives, optimize OEE, reduce downtime and scrap, and ensure strict GMP,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in food manufacturing
• Strong understanding of GMP, HACCP and food safety
• Proven track record improving cost, productivity and operational efficiency
• Experience leading manufacturing teams

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end plant operations across production, maintenance, and quality fuctions
• Drive improvements in OEE, throughput, labor efficiency and overall plant performance
• Build and execute strategies to reduce downtime, scrap and operating costs
