Job summary

The Nagler Group is seeking a hands-on Assistant Plant Manager in Manchester, NH, to support daily operations in a fast-paced production environment. This bilingual role works closely with plant leadership to maintain productivity, drive continuous improvement, and ensure smooth workflow on the production floor.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, strong leadership and communication abilities, and a data-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• 3+ years of supervisory or management experience in manufacturing, production, industrial, or similar high environments.
• Experience leading teams and managing employee performance.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze production metrics and make data driven decisions.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing preferred.

Assistant Plant Manager (Bilingual English/Spanish)

Location: Manchester, NH
Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 10:00 AM to8:00 PM (Four 10 hour days)

We are seeking a hands on, bilingual Assistant Plant Manager to support daily operations in a fast-paced production environment. This role will work closely with plant leadership to ensure efficient workflow, maintain productivity, support employees, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the facility.
