A National Feed Manufacturer is looking for an Assistant Feed Mill Manager due to a recent promotion. This company manufactures feed for local dairy, beef, and swine producers. In this role, you would oversee the day-to-day production, increase production, hiring/firing, and capital improvement projects. Assistant Feed Mill Manager Job Description

• Maximize production
• Hire/Train/Lead a team of 20 total employees
• Help grow business to become a continuous facility
• Oversee safety, OSHA, HACCP for the facility
• Host international visitors and large customer tours
• Train Employees and hold them accountable
• Manage budgets and P&L
• Be out in the facility making sure things are getting done

Assistant Feed Mill Manager Background Requirements

• 3+ years manufacturing experience required (livestock feed or nutrition experience is preferred)
• LEAN, OSHA, HACCP and safety experience preferred
• Strong communicator and leader
• Need to be able to motivate and lead people of all levels
• Experience growing a team and improving processes

Compensation And Benefits

• Base Salary between $80,000-$95,000 with 20% bonus possibility
