What You'll Be Doing

  • Oversee daily operations of the rock quarry in Bridgeport, Texas to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Achieve a production volume of 3.8 million tons per year while ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and company policies.
  • Implement and monitor safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Coordinate with various departments to optimize production and meet quality standards.
  • Manage inventory and ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Lead and develop a team to achieve operational goals and continuous improvement.

  • Competitive base salary $84,730-$112,970 and participation in our annual incentive plan.
