Qualifications

5+ years in manufacturing environment.
2+ years in leadership including team development and management.
PLC and ammonia refrigeration experience required.
Food manufacturing background preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage capital projects from development to post-approval, on time and on budget.
Collaborate with Plant Engineer on scheduling and execution, ensuring safety and environmental standards.
Lead Maintenance Department with TPM, Preventive/Predictive Maintenance and maintenance systems.
Optimize resource scheduling to maximize output and minimize downtime.
Lead maintenance team, delegate tasks, and enforce policies.
Champion plant safety through training and monitoring.
Develop and maintain KPIs to track maintenance performance and OEE.
Foster employee development and a positive work environment.
