Responsibilities

• Support the Pharmacy Director with daily pharmacy operations, team leadership, and operational oversight.

• Technical Skills: Familiarity with pharmacy dispensing systems and electronic medication management platforms is beneficial. PointClickCare experience is particularly valuable; training will be provided on the organization's proprietary pharmacy system.

Schedule and Work Environment

• Employment Type: Full-time only; part-time arrangements are not available.
• Work Arrangement: On-site in Grand Junction, Colorado.
• Regular Schedule: Monday through Friday, with rotating 8-hour shifts scheduled between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
• Weekend and Holiday Coverage: Rotating weekends and holidays are required.
• On-Call: Required, with additional per diem compensation for on-call responsibilities.

Compensation And Benefits

• Base Salary: $129,000-$139,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
• Higher Compensation Potential: Candidates with substantial long-term care pharmacy experience may be considered for salaries in the $140,000s.
• Relocation Assistance: Moving expenses may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
• Additional Compensation: Per diem pay for on-call responsibilities.
