Job summary

Crystal Mountain seeks an Assistant PGA Golf Professional to support the Director of Golf in operations, instruction, and event execution. The role includes supervising staff, maintaining golf shop merchandising, and presenting a polished golf experience in alignment with Crystal Mountain standards.

The successful candidate will assist with private and group instruction, junior programs, and collaborate with the team on tournaments and club events. Evening/weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Requires PGA membership or active status.
• Proficient in USGA rules and standard golf etiquette.
• Experience with golf operations and private clubs preferred.
• Familiar with teaching, club fitting, and junior programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist daily golf operations, tee sheets, pace of play, carts.
• Open/close golf shop and operate POS systems.
• Provide golf instruction and junior programs assistance.
• Coordinate club tournaments and events.
• Maintain shop appearance and merchandising flow.
• Supervise staff and ensure service standards.
• Report safety and maintenance needs promptly.
