Qualifications

• 1–2 years of personal training experience required.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).
• Prior management experience leading a team of 3–10 employees preferred.
• Experience executing plans and managing KPIs required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and fitness expertise of all PT team members.
• Meet both new client acquisition and existing client retention targets.
• Administer the CrunchOne Kickoff experience.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to all member inquiries within 24 hours.
