Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe in Albuquerque seeks an Assistant Personal Training Manager to support a high-performance training culture. This role focuses on staff development, training, client generation, and maintaining an accurate client roster.

You will lead personal training services, ensuring high standards while driving new client acquisitions. Candidates should have 1-2 years of personal training experience and a strong knowledge of the fitness industry.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of personal training experience required.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).
• Prior management experience leading a team of 3-10 employees preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and fitness expertise of all PT team members.
• Meet new client acquisition and existing client retention targets.
• Drive Crunch One Kickoff appointments to achieve client targets.
