Job summary

Crunch Fitness is seeking an Assistant Personal Training Manager for the Garland club to grow personal training sales, lead a team of trainers, and maximize revenue while delivering outstanding member service.

Role focuses on coaching, performance, and implementing growth initiatives in a fast-paced fitness environment with strong earning potential.

Qualifications

• CPR certification required.
• Nationally recognized personal training certification (e.g. NASM, ACE, NSCA).
• Sales and leadership experience in a fitness or performance-driven environment.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Drive personal training sales through consultations, promotions, and client retention strategies.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Personal Trainers.

Position Overview

As an Assistant Personal Training Manager, you will play a key role in driving personal training sales, team performance, and client retention. You’ll be responsible for leading and motivating a team of Personal Trainers, ensuring outstanding customer service, and helping members achieve their fitness goals while maximizing revenue opportunities.

Compensation & Benefits

• Total Compensation: $70,000–$100,000+ (Base + Commission + Bonus)
