Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe in Kyle, Texas is seeking an Assistant Personal Training Manager (APTM) to support team leadership and client generation. This role requires 1-2 years of experience in personal training and aims to meet club goals through excellent customer service and effective team management.

Your responsibilities also include maintaining a client roster and ensuring compliance with personal training services. A competitive salary and benefits including health insurance and free gym membership will be provided.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of personal training experience required.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).
• Prior management experience leading a team of 3-10 employees preferred.
• Must have basic understanding of the fitness industry and key business drivers.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development and fitness expertise of PT team members.
• Meet client acquisition and retention targets for the club.
• Counsel members using the 4 Pillars of Fitness.
• Report key results and action plans to management.
