Crunch Fitness is hiring an Assistant Personal Training Manager for our Garland club to drive personal training sales, lead a team of trainers, and elevate member experience. You will set and pursue monthly targets, mentor staff, and partner with club leadership to maximize revenue while delivering outstanding customer service.

Ideal candidates bring proven sales success in a fitness environment, strong communication, and the ability to adapt and lead in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• CPR Certification is required.
• Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, NSCA, etc.)
• Sales and leadership experience in a fitness or performance-driven environment
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
• Ability to adapt, lead a team, and thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven setting

Position Overview:

As an Assistant Personal Training Manager, you will play a key role in driving personal training sales, team performance, and client retention. You’ll be responsible for leading and motivating a team of Personal Trainers, ensuring outstanding customer service, and helping members achieve their fitness goals while maximizing revenue opportunities.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Total Compensation: $70,000–$100,000+ (Base + Commission + Bonus)
