Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong interest in fragrance and pursuing perfumery as a career.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work on-site in the New York office five days per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to the Master Perfumer and execute priorities accurately and promptly.
• Organize and maintain the Perfumer's daily workflow, project priorities, fragrance submissions, evaluations, meetings, and follow-ups.
• Prepare materials, documentation, references, samples, and information for creative and customer work.
• Maintain records of fragrance projects, evaluations, submissions, and notes.
• Coordinate with Evaluation, Marketing, Sales, Project Management, Laboratory, Regulatory, and other functions as directed.
• Assist in preparing for internal evaluations, customer meetings, and creative sessions.
• Manage administrative details of projects and daily activities.
• Capture notes and decisions from evaluations and discussions.
