• Maintain organized workspace, inventory, and inform Purchasing Manager when items need to be ordered.

Responsibilities

• Lead the pastry team and oversee pastry production for cakes, breads, cookies and desserts.
• Produce house-made items such as petit fours, artisan breads, celebration cakes and ice cream.
• Collaborate with culinary team to deliver high-quality pastry offerings for members and guests.
