The Department of Neurology at the University of Virginia is seeking applicants for a General Neurologist. The position is available at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor, with the appointment level based on experience. Candidates may pursue a tenure-eligible or tenure-ineligible track, depending on their career goals. To qualify for the tenure-eligible track, applicants should demonstrate a strong interest in academic medicine, scholarship, and excellence in two domains aligned with the School of Medicine's tenure requirements.
The incumbent will primarily or exclusively provide outpatient care for adults. An interest in headache medicine is preferred but not required.
