Job Description Summary

Position: Assistant Operator I

Location: 60 Heritage Dr., Tiffin OH 44883

Pay: $18.44/hr plus $0.75 Shift Differential

Shift: 2nd shift 3pm-11pm & 3rd Shift 11pm-7am

$2,000 SIGN ON BONUS

What You'll Be Doing

• Pack corner posts into returnable totes and boxes in the correct orientation and quantity.
• Maintain a safe working environment; safety is our top priority.
• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail; read tape measures, perform quality checks, and identify defects.
• Assist the operator as needed.
• Stand for 6-7 hours per day.
• Overtime may be required.
