Responsibilities

• Be accountable for the performance of fixed operations (parts, service, body shop) and review daily branch performance.
• Perform financial analysis, establish annual budgets, and develop marketing plans for the branch.
• Partner with HR to recruit, develop, retain, hire, train, lead, and monitor branch personnel.
• Seek opportunities to improve operational processes, customer service, and profitability.
• Manage relationships with employees, customers, suppliers, and vendors.
• Uphold company values and drive customer service improvements.
