The Position

As a Assistant Operations Manager, we need someone who’s ready to lead from the floor-not from behind a desk. This is not an administrative-only position. You’ll be immersed in all aspects of our operation, learning the business from the ground up while making a direct and lasting impact.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

At least 1 year of management experience in a distribution center

What You’ll Do

• Oversee and participate in daily warehouse operations: prepping, picking, shipping, and delivery.
• Roll up your sleeves and work side-by-side with your team when needed-lead by example.
• Train, coach, and rebuild warehouse and delivery teams with a focus on accountability, performance, and team culture.
• Monitor quality standards and inspect inbound/outbound orders.
• Route delivery trucks in coordination with Operations Managers to ensure smooth, efficient service.
• Lead weekly Operations/Sales calls to align cross-functional teams.
• Handle delivery issues as they arise-creatively and proactively.
• Manage triage, inspect returned product, and approve inventory for restocking.
