American Furniture Rental, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Warehouse Operations Manager in Pennsauken, NJ. You will lead daily warehouse activities, from picking and prep to shipping and delivery, working side-by-side with your team to drive results.

We value hands-on leadership, strong communication, and a track record in warehouse management. English/Spanish bilinguals preferred; lifting up to 75 lbs required to perform duties safely.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience in a furniture distribution center.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 75 lbs. and staying active throughout the day.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations: prepping, picking, shipping, and delivery.
• Lead by example and train/rebuild warehouse and delivery teams with a focus on accountability and culture.
• Monitor quality standards and inspect inbound/outbound orders.
• Coordinate route delivery trucks with Branch Managers for smooth service.
• Lead weekly Operations/Sales calls to align cross-functional teams.
• Handle delivery issues creatively and proactively.
• Manage triage, inspect returned product, and restock inventory.
