Qualifications

• Six months delivery/warehousing experience.
• Ability to pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug test.
• Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record.
• Experience using ELDs and maintaining logs.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles safely, professionally, and courteously at all times.
• Deliver products according to scheduled routes between warehouses, vendors, and customers.
• Verify deliveries match invoices and shipping documentation.
• Maintain vehicles in clean and safe working condition; report maintenance needs promptly.
• Complete delivery paperwork accurately and on time; travel overnight up to 3 days/week (hotel provided).

Pay: DOE $27.00 to $30.00 per hour plus benefits.

What You’ll Do

As a CDL Class A Driver, is responsible for completing assigned delivery and pick-up routes, transporting merchandise between warehouses, vendors, and customer locations in a safe, timely, and professional manner. We're looking for a dependable, motivated CDL Class A Driver to join our crew. If you enjoy being on the move, working with your hands, and making customers smile, this is the job for you! Responsibilities include:

• Operate company vehicles safely, professionally, and courteously at all times.
• Pick up merchandise from warehouses, vendors, and customers.
• Deliver products according to scheduled routes between warehouse locations.
• Verify deliveries match invoices and shipping documentation.
• Maintain vehicles in clean and safe working condition; promptly report maintenance needs.
• Communicate customer feedback, concerns, or special requests to management.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Assist with shipping and receiving tasks when needed.
• Complete all delivery paperwork accurately and on time.
• Overnight travel may be required for up to three days per week (hotel provided)

What We're Looking For

• Driving experience (required)
• Valid Class A CDL & clean driving record
• Ability to pass DOT physical & pre-employment drug test. Comply with all DOT Regulations
• Furniture handling experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a professional, courteous attitude; bilingual preferred.
• Experience using Electronic Logging Devices (ELDs).
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs., climb stairs, bend, and stay active for extended periods
• Basic tool knowledge (cordless drill, screwdriver, etc.)
• Must comply with FMCSA regulations, pass drug screening, background check, and work occasional weekends.
• High School Diploma or equivalent

ADDITIONAL SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION

• Degree: High School or Equivalent
• Languages: English and Spanish languages preferable; verbal and written.

EXPERIENCE

• At least six months of experience in a similar industry, warehousing and inventory knowledge from a delivery company or similar industry.
• Required to be able to operate a 26' box truck.

CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES

• Valid Driver's license - must meet the insurance underwriting requirements (no points of violations in the past twelve months).
• Able to pass DOT Physical test, which includes but is not limited to pre-employment Drug Testing.
• Background check is required.

PHYSICAL AND MENTAL QUALIFICATIONS

• This job will require lifting 75 pounds, climbing stairs, bending, crouching, and being physically active for extended periods of time.
• The Driver/Installer will adhere and comply with DOT regulations.
