As an Assistant Manager Trainee, you'll promote and educate potential consumers for our Home Improvement partner, representing a top brand, and developing your communication and negotiation skills.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a motivating work environment.
• Attend mandatory training sessions to acquire system knowledge, sales strategies, and stay updated on products and services.
• Achieve sales targets and build customer relationships.
