Join us at our Cocoa Bridge location as an Assistant Operations Facility Director. This role is vital to our clients' success. We seek individuals with strong leadership skills, a passion for helping others, and the ability to inspire and challenge. The candidate will perform the following essential duties:

1. Assist the Director in overseeing work projects.
2. Receive training in budgets, licensure, regulations, and monitoring from the Facility Director.
3. Assist in contract monitoring.
4. Attend Department Head meetings.
5. Participate in weekly progress meetings with the Facility Director.
6. Assist in evaluating Department Heads.
7. Conduct monthly Department Head meetings as required.
8. Ensure policies and procedures are followed.
9. Oversee facility maintenance and inspections.
10. Act as the Facility Director in their absence.
11. Assist in overseeing administrative and food service teams.
12. Supervise Operations staff if no Supervisor is available.
13. Inspect grounds weekly and document findings.
14. Submit staff Food Reviews to corporate.
15. Use the company's time and attendance system.
16. Perform major job functions with or without accommodations.
17. Attend mandatory training.
18. Communicate effectively in English.
19. Report injuries, policy breaches, unsafe conditions promptly.
20. Demonstrate organizational and communication skills for promotion.
21. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

The following qualifications apply:

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and two (2) years of experience managing services for residents or offenders.
• Alternatively, five (5) years supervisory experience in a related setting can substitute for a degree.
• At least two (2) years of experience in a therapeutic community setting.

Note: Education and experience may be substituted on a year-to-year basis as needed.
