This position reports directly to the Community CEO and serves as the department head for the environmental services staff. The individual in this role is primarily responsible for the overall maintenance of the assisted living facility units, common areas, and community grounds. They will coordinate and supervise the work of employees in the environmental services department, which includes transportation, housekeeping, and security (if applicable). This person is responsible for maintaining electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and related systems, as well as the upkeep of the building, grounds, and facility equipment.

Qualifications:

  • Current hands-on CPR Certification.
  • Must pass a clear background screening.
  • Reliable transportation required.
  • Ability to read and write in English.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Maintenance experience preferred.
