Tonia Kiser - State Farm Agent is hiring an Assistant Office Manager Team Member to develop leads, assess customer needs, and market State Farm products from a busy Marietta office.

Ideal candidates are energetic, goal-oriented, and results-minded, with sales experience and a Property & Casualty license. You’ll help set marketing goals and support daily operations for lasting customer relationships.

Role Description

Tonia Kiser - State Farm Agent is searching for a competitive person who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. As an Assistant Office Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with customers, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value. You may also assist in developing strategies and business goals for our office.

Compensation: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
