State Farm independent contractor agent position focused on customer service in the Seattle area. You will establish relationships, support inquiries about auto, home, life and health insurance, and educate customers on available options.

The role offers salary plus commission/bonus, profit sharing, and paid time off, with opportunities for growth within the agency. Strong communication and licensing readiness are essential for success.

Position Overview

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Compensation: $48,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
