What You'll Do
  • Handle requisitions and purchase orders for Branch field management
  • Track and process documents for efficient billing
  • Provide exceptional customer service while greeting visitors and managing the reception area
  • Operate multi-line telephone console, transfer calls, and take messages
  • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and faxing
  • Prepare outgoing correspondence, accept incoming correspondence, and open and sort mail/FedEx/UPS
  • Maintain office supplies and inventories
  • Enter and code timesheets and coordinate payroll for the Branch
  • Assist with coordination of new hire paperwork, uniforms, and scheduling
What We're Looking For
  • Must be highly organized, resourceful, and a strong multi-tasker
  • Must have and maintain an upbeat, professional, and friendly attitude and demeanor
  • High attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to multitask with minimal supervision
  • At least three years of prior experience in an Office Manager/Administrative Assistant role
  • Prior experience with financial software packages preferred
  • Associates degree in business or a related field preferred
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are highly preferred
