Job summary

Clarity Eyecare is seeking an experienced Assistant Office Manager to join our growing team. We are a high-end optometry practice focused on delivering exceptional eye care and premium eyewear in a personalized, patient-centered environment.

This role is ideal for a motivated leader who is detail-oriented, organized, professional, and passionate about both patient care and team development. This is a full-time position in Las Vegas.

Qualifications

• Previous optometry or ophthalmology office experience is required.
• Experience in a managerial or leadership role is required.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Professional communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day office operations and workflow management.
• Help lead, train, and support staff to maintain a positive and efficient workplace culture.
• Manage backend administrative responsibilities including scheduling, reports, inventory oversight, and office coordination.
• Ensure exceptional patient experiences from check-in to eyewear delivery.
• Support communication between providers, optical staff, and front office team.
• Help maintain high standards in both patient care and presentation.

6. Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment


7. Edging experience preferred
