Qualified applicants will hold Ohio RN license, BSN preferred, and have 3+ years of nursing

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• Current Ohio RN license; BLS required; ACLS preferred
• 3+ years nursing experience; acute care preferred

Responsabilités

• Serve as resource and mentor for staff, promoting safe, high-quality patient-centered care.
• Coach, educate, and support nursing staff to ensure regulatory and professional standards.
• Manage patient flow, admissions, transfers, and discharges with effective communication between shifts.
• Assist with daily unit operations, staffing, and resource utilization based on patient acuity and census.
• Escalate staffing concerns and collaborate with Inpatient Nurse Manager and senior leadership to improve policies and department performance.
