Crystal Clinic Orthopaedic Center in Fairlawn, OH is seeking a full-time OR RN to join the surgical team. You will work in a fast-paced operating room, prepping patients, coordinating with surgeons, and delivering direct perioperative nursing care.

Requirements include graduation from a nursing program, Ohio RN license with BLS, and 2–4 years of OR experience preferred. The role offers a schedule of 4-10’s (7:00 AM–5:30 PM) and a competitive hourly base pay.

Formación

• Graduate of a School of Nursing.
• Current Ohio RN license; BLS required.
• 2–4 years OR experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with pre-op prep for surgery and family communication.
• Evaluate patient and plan/implement steps during and after surgery.
• Provide and coordinate nursing care in the operating room.
• Document nursing assessments and plan of care.
• Maintain aseptic technique and narcotics management as required.
• Prioritize tasks and adapt to changing patient care needs.
