Job summary

Crystal Clinic Orthopaedic Center in Akron, OH is seeking an experienced OR RN to join our outpatient surgery team. You’ll support patients pre- and post-operatively, coordinate with the interdisciplinary care team, and ensure safe, high-quality perioperative care.

The role requires 2–4 years of OR experience, an Ohio RN license, and BLS certification. You’ll document nursing assessments, care plans, and interventions while maintaining aseptic technique and narcotics management per policy.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a school of Nursing.
• Current Ohio RN license and BLS certification.
• 2–4 years OR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist pre-op patients and family as part of the interdisciplinary care team.
• Assess patient, plan and implement steps around surgery.
• Provide nursing care in the OR and coordinate resource management.
• Document nursing interventions, assessments and outcomes.
• Observe aseptic technique and narcotics management per policy.
• Prioritize work and adapt to changing care needs.
