Job summary

Meds Talent LLC is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager – OR to lead daily operating room operations in an inpatient acute-care hospital. You will oversee staffing, quality, safety, and budget considerations to ensure high-quality patient care.

Required California RN license with BLS, 5+ years OR RN experience, and at least 1 year in leadership. BSN and/or CNOR preferred; relocation considered case-by-case.

Qualifications

• Active California RN license and BLS certification at hire.
• Minimum 5 years of OR RN experience.
• At least 1 year of leadership experience (Charge Nurse, Lead, Preceptor, or Supervisor).
• Inpatient acute-care OR experience required.
• Relocation considered on a case-by-case basis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily OR operations, staffing, and resource allocation.
• Support clinical quality, patient safety, and risk management.
• Maintain survey readiness and Joint Commission compliance.
• Assist with emergency preparedness and staff training.
• Monitor staffing utilization, productivity, and budget performance.
• Coach nursing staff and support operational improvements.
