Role Overview:
This position involves coordinating patient care, managing personnel, maintaining equipment, and overseeing departmental operations.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise staff including hiring, training, assigning work, evaluating performance, and supporting professional development.
- Contribute to staffing, budgeting, and ensuring operational goals are met.
- Provide high-quality, age-appropriate patient care, documenting interventions and creating collaborative care plans.
- Manage staff productivity, conduct performance reviews, handle payroll, and oversee staffing needs and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure departmental compliance with policies and support staff scheduling and communication.
- Maintain equipment and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
- RN license required.
- Diploma/Associate's in Nursing; Bachelor's preferred.
- 2-5 years of experience; leadership experience preferred.
- Strong management, communication, and organizational skills.
