Responsibilities

• Support the Nurse Manager with supervising RNs and nursing staff.
• Oversee admissions, assess patient needs, and initiate care plans.
• Evaluate and document patient progress.
• Develop and evaluate nursing programs and initiatives.
• Assist with policies for effective health service delivery.
• Act as liaison between the manager, caregivers, and other departments.
• Identify and resolve issues affecting patient care delivery.
• Prepare work schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
• Participate in quality improvement projects and orient new staff.
