• Round on the 4A Transitional Care Unit and 4M Medical Telemetry Unit to assess staffing and patient assignments.
• Ensure safe staffing and appropriate patient placement across units.
• Communicate changes with relevant leaders to optimize care delivery.
• Manage patient experience across departments to maximize safety and efficiency.
