Job summary

Rosaires Care in Connecticut seeks an experienced RN leader to oversee an acute care unit, ensuring safe, high‑quality patient care and efficient daily operations.

You will partner with the Nurse Manager to drive quality outcomes, patient safety, and regulatory compliance, while supervising and mentoring nursing staff to strengthen performance and accountability across the team.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in good standing.
• Strong leadership and clinical management capabilities.
